Cynthia and the ceramics class did a process called soda firing and cynthia thoroughly enjoyed doing it. STep one- make a clay object

step two- bisque fire the clay object

step three- glaze using flashing slips

step four- add wadding (little tiny feet) to the bottom

Step five- place clay object with tiny feet in the kiln

step six- fire clay object until cone 10

step seven- wait for it to cool

step eight- take clay object with tiny feet out of kiln

step nine- take tiny feet off

step ten- enjoy gazing at aesthetically pleasing clay objects of various shapes, sizes, and colors.
